Get Ready With Me | Minimal Makeup, Hair Care & Skin Care

 Get Ready With MePicMonkey Collage3

Hello fellow bloggers & readers,
I thought I would do something a little different today. Instead of doing a post on skin care or makeup,
I decided I would make a little ‘Get Ready With Me’ video.

I’m going to go more into detail in this blog post.

I hope you liked this little video, I might start doing more blog posts like this with little videos to change things up a little.

Hair Care

If you want to know my full hair care routine I made a blog post and a video about it a few months ago.
My Hair Care Routine

My hair care routine is pretty basic, I don’t tend to change products that often.

Shampoo – LOreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil
This is hands down my favourite shampoo as it has helped my hair so much when it was bleached and badly damaged.
It doesn’t weigh my hair down or make it look greasy.
If you bleach your hair or have damaged hair I recommend this product.

Hair Oil – LOreal Elvive Extraordinary Oil
If you read my blog you will know how much I talk about this product. It never lets me down, this product also saved my over dyed, damaged hair at the beginning of the year. It is a little pricey but it lasts for ages! You only need one to two pumps of the oil and it spreads though the hair. It doesn’t leave your hair greasy or weighed down.

Spilt End Treatment – Umberto Giannini Mend My Hair

This product also saved my damaged hair and also helps reduce spilt ends. It’s a 5-1 hair oil which helps repair your hair. I only use this product at the ends of my hair as I use the LOreal product all over.

Hair Brush – Tangle Teezer
This is a lot of money for a  hairbrush, but it actually does what it says it will.
It helps get all the knots and tangles out of my hair without it hurting. If you use a normal brush and then use this, you will notice a huge difference between the two!
I highly recombined this hair brush.

Dress from H&M

Jumper from New Look

If you haven’t noticed already i love layering my dresses up with jumpers but if you don’t you can always just put a cardigen over like this one from H&M

The brown boots are from H&M & make any outfit look nice as brown boots go with just about anything.

(Awkward self timer photo :’) )

I buy a lot of my clothes from H&M as they are affordable and they last for ages and never go out of style.

Planning My Outfit / OOTD

Planning my outfit

Since it’s started to get cold I’ve started to layer my outfits and also try and plan them the night before to save me time in the morning deciding what to wear.

Here’s some of my favourite clothing items.

My two most worn clothing items are my H&M Coat (£45) & New Look Scarf (£15)

I love this dress from H&M ( Less then £15) as its simple and you can either dress it up or dress it down.

This jumper is so cosy and such a nice colour! This is also from H&M (£15) i love their jumpers are they are so cosy and affordable.

This is what it looks like layered.

These shoes are from Primark (£12) & are my new favourite most worn shoes.

My Cat watch is from my sister, how cute is it?!
