No7 Beautiful Skin – Eye Make-Up Remover

‘This gentle dual action formula conditions while it cleanses, removing all traces of eye make-up even waterproof mascara. Fragrance free and suitable for sensitive eyes.’

Today’s little gift in the advent calendar was this eye make- up remover. It comes in this blue-bottle and the liquid is also blue which is a nice change. The product is quite oily which can be a bad thing for certain skin types, but it does the job removing make-up. Even though this product is quite oily it does sink into the skin fast and doesn’t leave it feeling greasy. I wear a lot of eyeliner and mascara so taking it off at night can sometimes be a pain so this will be great for getting the bit’s that don’t normally come off with face wipes. The liquid in the bottle separates quite fast so you have to shake it before you use it to mix the liquids up.

You can pick this up from boots for £8.50 here.

No7 Blissful Body Wash

‘It’s rich lather washes away impurities without leaving skin prone to dryness, leaving you with beautifully soft, supple skin.’

Today in the advent calendar i got this body wash. I normally just buy a cheap one from the supermarket as I don’t really go for branded ones, so this will be a nice change. I tested it out this morning and it smells amazing! I must say i also love the packaging of No7 products as they always look so nice and feminine. This body wash claims to be ‘hypo-allerginic’ which is good as there’s nothing worse than using a product that breaks you out, brings you out in a rash or irritates your skin! I’m going to look forward to using instead of my other body wash as this smells amazing and the other one I use doesn’t really have a smell to it.

This product is a little pricy as I normally spend under £3 on body washes/shower gels but I’m going to give this a go and see if it’s different to the cheaper ones I use.

You can pick this up from boots for £7.50 here.

No7 Protect & Perfect – Night Creme

‘No7 Protect & Perfect Night Cream protects young skin to delay first signs of ageing, boost radiance & visibly improves fine lines.’

Today I got a night creme, I have the champneys night creme and I really like that so I’m hoping for good things for this night creme. I know it says ageing in the description but I’m looking past that and just using it as a creme. What I love about No7 products is that they do not smell too strong that have a light scent to them, they are also not heavy on the skin and sink into your skin fast so you don’t have to wait around for them to dry. I can’t really say much about this product as I’ve not had time to use it yet but I will keep you updated.

You can pick this up from boots for £23.00 here.

Face Mask Review

santuary

sanctuary-logo

Sanctuary is a high end product and a little on the pricy side. I only use them once in a while as a deep skin treatment.

Here are my two favourite face mask’s and my review on them

Warming Charcoal Detox Mask

or_2e53745312332303285973 IMG_7110

The warming charcoal mask is amazing! My mum had the little sachets of them and i decided to use it while i had a bath as the weather and the stress of university has both joined forces and broke my skin out! As soon as you put it on you can feel it warming up and it’s so nice, i only put half the pack on my face and left it on while i relaxed in the bath. After i washed it all off and my skin felt so nice and smooth and i can see it actually helped my skin and my blemishes go down.

If you want to go all out and purchase the 100ml bottle (£10.50) click here
or if you just want the 15ml sachet (£3.00) click here.

Moisture Boosting Mask

The moisture boosting mask i wasn’t too keen on. It’s a good face mask it does what it says on the packaging but i didn’t like the way it felt on my face.  It made my face feel nice and smooth and look a little brighter but i didn’t like what it felt like when it was on. It felt greasy and it took me a long time to take it off and after it felt like i still had it on. But if you prefer this type of mask then the peal off ones or the paper makes then this would be great for you.

You can buy this from boots (£3.00) here

I don’t have many skin care products but heres my favourite ones which i highly recommend. All of these products i bought myself and I’m not sponsored.

Lush: Tea Tree Water

This product is from Lush its £7.95 which is a little expensive but its a great product. I use this daily and it helps with spots and also helps tone your skin. Tea Tree is one of my favourite skin products as it always works for me. I would recommend this product to anyone who spot prone skin as i think it really helps get rid of them and prevents them.

Neutrogena: Spot Stress Control

I bought this product from boots it’s £3.99. I use this daily as it helps to prevent spots and also clears them. Its also a 3-1 daily cleansing lotion. It helps to deeply cleanse the skin, Reduces the redness and shine and Helps clear spots. This is also a good product for if you can feel a spot coming on your face as it can help reduce the redness and clear the spot fast. It will sting on when put on the spot but that means its helping.

Champneys: Gentle Conditioning Toner

I got this product for £7.50 in boots. Its expensive but it makes my skin feel clean and helps tone it. I put this on a cotton pad and then apply it to my face. I use this every other day i feel like my skin is getting a bit clogged up.

L’Oreal: Skin Perfection

I bought this product from super drug it’s £4.99. I use this every other day or when i wear makeup. It dissolves make up, Unclogs your pores and remove any impurities on you face and also Tones and smoothes the skin. I find this a good product for if you wear a lot of makeup everyday as it removes all your makeup and makes you face feel clean.

Neutrogena: Oil-Free Moisturiser

I bought this product from Boots for £4.99. Im currently trying to find a good moisturiser for my face and for now this one is doing the job. I have an oily face with a few dry patches so this helps with both. It also gives me the right kind of shine and my face feel smooth all day.
